ANNUAL REPORTS & AWARDS

The Annual and Financial Reports are required by the IRS to be submitted to the MOMS Club corporation by each chapter. The report will be filled out online through the MOMS Information Management Interface (MIMI) program between July 1 and July 15.

The form will walk you through all of your income and expenses for the year and follow the flow of a standard company Income Statement. You’ll account for all your income and expenses in the appropriate category and ensure that all of your accounts balance/reconcile.

Your Primary Coordinator (or a designated volunteer) will review your reports and help you with any questions or issues you may have when filling them out. Your Coordinator may have a few questions/clarifications after filing, but that is normal.

You will also have an opportunity to nominate your chapter for awards, including for Outstanding Service Project, Outstanding Newsletter and more. Chapters are encouraged to promote the wonderful things they have accomplished.
