VACANCIES ON THE BOARD

Mid-year vacancies in AVP, MVP, Secretary and Treasurer may be filled by a majority vote of the remaining board. This does not require a chapter vote, though the members should be made aware of the vacancy and given the opportunity to volunteer to fill the opening.

When the Presidency is vacated, the AVP automatically fills the position and the board follows the above rules (vote by board majority) to fill the AVP position.
