WHAT IF A MEMBER DOESN’T WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ROSTER?
This is very unusual, but sometimes a member doesn’t want their personal information in the roster. A member’s address and contact info MUST be available to the board, but can be left off the roster, if the member insists.
The member’s NAME must be included in the roster, however. There are no secret members. Her address and other contact info can be listed as “not available,” as long as it is known to the board.
