MEMBERSHIP ROSTER

Membership roster should include at least member name, address, phone number and email address. Many chapters include full contact info, children’s names and birthdays, spouse, renewal date, interests, jobs, etc. Some chapters will even include a picture roster to help familiarize members with each other. The roster may be maintained and updated by the MVP or the Secretary. Your membership roster should be distributed at least once a year. Depending on the frequency of new members in your chapter, it may be a good idea to distribute a new roster by email each month after your General Meeting.
