Print two-sided and fold for a folded four-page brochure Be sure to fill in your chapter’s dues and telephone numbers in the space provided.
Be sure to include your telephone number and email address at the bottom
With this type of flyer, you get two small copies with each page you print. Be sure to include your telephone number and email address at the bottom of each side. Cut apart after printing
Add date of meeting (and location, if it’s being announced in advance), as well as your telephone number and email address
After your chapter gets going, print up a supply of these invitations to keep on hand to invite newcomers to meetings or members to special events, like the end-of-year banquet. Don’t write in any information before the invitation is printed — when you hand-write the information after copying, it gives the invitation a personal touch
You may use a MOMS Club calendar to keep your members informed about upcoming events. Write in the month at the top and the dates in the upper corner of each block. There is enough room in the top and bottom margins to type in short announcements or you can use the back.
Print up enough of these to use at all meetings and get-togethers. When using, write the date in the space at the top. The bottom space can be used for quick reminders (like “Remember to pick up a Newsletter!” or “Sign up to help in the Children’s Room!”)
General information sheet for members; includes a liability waiver that all members must sign and have on file with the chapter.
Use for all activities to provide a record of the planning and success of an event or project
Both full-and-half-size samples are provided here if you wish to have cover sheets or separate pages for listing your officers. Use the half-size when you make a half-sheet or folded roster
For reimbursing members for money spent for the local chapter.
You can create your own name tags or you can use these. Print these blanks in different colors (at least two colors — one for visitors and another for members). These tags can also be cut to fit in plastic sleeves available at the MOMS Club online for reusable name tags on a lanyard
Use the Diary to keep an official history of your group and the Coordinator Information Sheet to update that information in this manual
You may use these trademarked MOMS Club logos on your local club materials, such as your newsletter – downloadable versions also available
You may use this as a cover for information or new member packets!
