Congratulations on taking the first step towards starting a new MOMS Club chapter! Your new chapter will soon be a valuable resource to at-home moms in your area.

If you would prefer to mail in your registration, select and print the appropriate PDF below, sign and mail. Be sure to include a check for $30 for your chapter’s first registration fee payable to “MOMS Club”.
