Start to talk to your members about elections. Many of your members are new to the MOMS Club and may not be aware that we hold elections. Mention it in your newsletters, sharing with members what the various positions are responsible for. Consider using the Mommy Quotient Quiz for fun and to help Moms see that they are already qualified for a board position.
Above all else, BE POSITIVE when talking about serving as an officer. It should be fun and rewarding for you, and for the next board as well.
