BOUNDARIES
Chapter boundaries have been established to best ensure that chapters are not competing for members, and that every mother has the opportunity to join a chapter that serves HER area. Chapter boundaries benefit all chapters. Boundaries keep a chapter from being overwhelmed and help a chapter create its identity. Do NOT recruit or take members from outside of your boundaries. Doing so hurts another chapter.
There will always be someone just on the other side of the boundary. This is going to happen no matter where the boundary is placed.
