MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Membership in a chapter is good for a year. It is good practice to approve a chapter-specific renewal policy to help keep renewals under control. This can include reminders, warnings and any possible grace period. Members who do not renew in a timely manner should be removed from the roster and from any methods of correspondence, and should not be allowed to attend events since her liability form is not up-to-date. A non-renewing member may rejoin the chapter with board approval. Her renewal month would be changed to the date that she rejoins.
